Privacy policy

This privacy policy (hereinafter the "Privacy Policy") applies to Factory Systemes Groupe and its subsidiaries Factory Systemes and Factory Software (hereinafter the "Company") and to each of their websites (hereinafter the "Site").
The purpose of the Policy is to inform you of the manner in which your Personal Data is collected, used, protected and stored as well as your rights concerning the processing of your Personal Data.

The Personal Data collected is intended for use by the Company's internal departments. It may also be transmitted to third parties in the following cases:

- Marketing service providers (e-mail routing and data collection via our forms);
- Administrative or judicial authorities if required by law.

The Company has appointed an RGPD manager responsible for guaranteeing the compliance of the Personal Data collected and its processing, keeping the processing register up to date, and ensuring effectiveness in the exercise of your rights.
All pages on our websites are secure and encrypted (https extension).
Our highly secure, redundant IT infrastructure guarantees a high level of protection. Your personal data is stored on secure servers, accessible to a limited number of people, and located in closed areas.
Your data may be hosted by carefully selected IT subcontractors at several sites in France and Europe.
